Workspace encoding was changed from system default to UTF-8, so on some computers, non-standard characters may need to be re-entered where they broke.

Changed the format of ranged item projectile entity registry name.

Block position x, y, and z blocks were removed as x, y, and z blocks act like those by default when appropriate.

Some other minor fixes and improvements.

Shoot ranged item procedure block did sometimes not shoot in the right direction.

Local variable auto-loading did not work for externally imported procedure templates.

Custom fishing rods caused build errors.

Binding custom GUIs to custom items caused build errors.I have tried everything to make my custom structure spawn in my custom dimension : I made the spawn rate 100, I made sure it didn't spawn underground, I made sure the structure file was correct, I made it so it could only spawn on.
